Supervise security staff, 17 security officers and 3 shift supervisors at the 200 Public Square building (formally The BP building). This is the third tallest building in downtown Cleveland   which is a 45 story office building complex and is 1, 720,000 square feet. Also responsible for security staff scheduling and payroll, quality control, client satisfaction, monitor and enforce homeland security regulations, managed key log system, assist Secret Service as well as local, state and other federal law enforcement agencies in security clearances for V.I.P. guest and undercover operations and security concerns, monitor simplex fire safety and security systems; perform employee reviews and guest relations.
